The name "Murli" is inspired by the divine flute of Lord Krishna — symbolising purity, joy, and the sweet melody of life.

Our kitchen is led by a seasoned Rajasthani chef who brings decades of experience in traditional Rajasthani mithai and snacks. From churma chaki to Bikaneri specialities, every recipe is rooted in the authentic flavours of Rajasthan — made with the same patience and purity as the original.

From a family's dream to Raipur's favourite sweet shop
Shiv Kumar Paiwal, with a deep love for traditional Indian sweets and a vision to bring authentic flavours to Raipur, began planning The Murli — a sweet shop that would feel like family.
A master Rajasthani chef was brought on board — someone who could craft the authentic mithai of Rajasthan while also mastering the bold chaats and sweets of Delhi. Two great culinary traditions, one kitchen.
Every decision at The Murli is a family decision. The Paiwal family is personally involved in sourcing ingredients, maintaining quality, and ensuring every customer leaves happy — because every customer matters.
The Murli opened its doors in July 2024 at Aushmaan Hospital Building, Mahadev Ghat Road, Sunder Nagar, Raipur — welcoming Raipur's sweet lovers with 195+ fresh items on day one.
